Peter London Global Dance Company presents MIAMI NIGHT STARS. This electrifying program celebrates Miami’s rich multicultural heritage through virtuosic, multi-ethnic contemporary dance. Featured works include London’s fiery CARMEN, blending American contemporary dance with Flamenco influences in a tale of love and rivalry, and ANCESTRAL KINGS AND QUEENS, a powerful Afro-Diaspora fusion inspired by Yoruba traditions, set to an original score by Kebra-Seyoun Charles. Also on the program: AWAKENING, an athletic jazz-infused piece by Justin Rapaport with a score by GRAMMY nominee Martin Bejerano, and KAISO BACCHANAL, a vibrant tribute to West African ancestral spirit and Caribbean Carnival. Experience one of the nation’s top contemporary dance troupes in a night of bold, soulful performance.

Where do we park?
The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is across the street from the Bandshell. Please note it is no longer free - it is $2/hour! When it is full, look for street parking.
What if it rains?
The venue is an open air facility, covered by our new canopy. Shows are scheduled rain or shine.
Can we bring a picnic?
No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. We have a fully-stocked bar, and we usually feature wonderful food vendors inside the venue. We also have a water refill station.
