Viva Brazil - 30 Years celebration of the Brazilian Film Festival with a vibrant gathering of cinema, music, dance, and Brazilian culture.

Orchestrated by acclaimed singer-songwriter Maurício Baia, the celebration brings together special guests Lívia Cassel, Isa Duarte, Rafa Ducell, Pedro Abdala, and accordionist Johnnie Laska for a musical journey through the richness and diversity of Brazilian music, from samba and rock to axe and forró!

With over 13 albums and performances at major festivals, the Rio de Janeiro-based artist blends traditional Brazilian sounds with contemporary rock and pop. Drawing inspiration from musicians such as Gilberto Gil, Raul Seixas, and Bob Dylan, Baia’s music explores love, longing, and the human experience.

With a repertoire that spans genres and languages, Maurício Baia is not only a talented composer but also a captivating interpreter. Whether performing his original compositions or reimagining beloved classics, Baia’s artistry shines through in every note.

The evening begins with an outdoor screening of the comedy Very Special Agent, directed by Pedro Antônio, followed by a vibrant Capoeira presentation.
