The Miami Jewish Film Festival and the Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach present MJFF 2025 Torchbearer Prize Winner ELIE WIESEL: SOUL ON FIRE, featuring acclaimed director Oren Rudavsky in attendance to discuss his remarkable, award-winning film. With exclusive access to Elie Wiesel’s family and personal archives, ELIE WIESEL: SOUL ON FIRE presents an intimate portrait of the Nobel laureate whose words and actions transformed the global conversation about human rights and Holocaust remembrance. The film explores Wiesel’s journey from his childhood in Sighet, Romania—a once-thriving Jewish community devastated by the Holocaust—to his rise as a beacon of moral courage on the world stage. Through his own storytelling, the film delves into the passions and enduring teachings of a man who reminded us that asking the right questions can be more powerful than having all the answers.

Where do we park? arrow down

The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is across the street from the Bandshell. Please note it is no longer free - it is $2/hour! When it is full, look for street parking.

What if it rains? arrow down

The venue is an open air facility, covered by our new canopy. Shows are scheduled rain or shine.

Can we bring a picnic? arrow down

No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. We have a fully-stocked bar, and we usually feature wonderful food vendors inside the venue. We also have a water refill station.
