If you're going to be a poet, you better be a warrior. Legendary runner Robert 'Raven' Kraft has seen every single Miami Beach sunset, going back five decades. All those sunsets, running 8 (now 5) miles along the beach, never missing a single day. Not during Covid shutdowns, not during hurricanes. And now you know he is also a musician, reveling in goth-country-inflected rock. He credits Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings as his major influences. In 2023, he began working with extraordinary group of musicians (The Dark Shadows) to release new music and play area venues. The evening starts with a set by another Miami Beach native, young singer-songwriter Julia Bhatt. North Beach Social, the FREE monthly night of Third Thursdays music at the Bandshell.

Where do we park?
The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is across the street from the Bandshell. Please note it is no longer free - it is $2/hour! When it is full, look for street parking.
What if it rains?
The venue is an open air facility, covered by our new canopy. Shows are scheduled rain or shine.
Can we bring a picnic?
No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. We have a fully-stocked bar, and we usually feature wonderful food vendors inside the venue. We also have a water refill station.
