Beast Mode Trio + Special Guests

Beast Mode Trio is an international jazz supergroup that redefines modern jazz with its groundbreaking fusion of global rhythms and cultures. Featuring Grammy-winning pianist Tal Cohen from Australia, acclaimed Cuban bassist Gola aka Armando Gola, and legendary American drummer jjHOLLYWOOD aka Jonathan Joseph, the trio blends influences from the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America with contemporary jazz. Their unique sound is both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition, creating a captivating musical experience that transcends borders. Joining them on stage will be a double-drummer supergroup led by Julius Rogers and Marvin Clairsaint, two of Miami’s most in-demand drummers, bringing their unique approach to jazz and jazz fusion. The performance will also feature the debut of the EP Double Standards, an innovative collaboration with Julius Rogers, Tal Cohen, and Patrick Leavy that reimagines well-known jazz tunes and standards into five distinct original compositions.

Where do we park? arrow down

The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is across the street from the Bandshell. Please note it is no longer free - it is $2/hour! When it is full, look for street parking.

What if it rains? arrow down

The venue is an open air facility, covered by our new canopy. Shows are scheduled rain or shine.

Can we bring a picnic? arrow down

No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. We have a fully-stocked bar, and we usually feature wonderful food vendors inside the venue. We also have a water refill station.
