A night of nostalgia, mambo, and cha-cha on Miami Beach! A celebration of the monumental moments when jazz met the rhythms of Cuba and changed the face of modern music forever. Multi-GRAMMY Award-winning Arturo O'Farrill and his 20-piece Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra bring back classic big band sound in an unforgettable night at the Miami Beach Bandshell revisiting acclaimed compositions including "The Manteca Suite" and the "Afro Cuban Jazz Suite" as well as new compositions and arrangements by an array of today's most distinguished Latin jazz artists. Join us to honor Dizzy, Chano, Chico and more of the original influencers! On October 21, the continuum pushes forward 75 years later with the next generations of performers keeping Afro Cuban/Afro Latin jazz alive and well. Featuring guest artists Dayme Arocena, Aymee Nuviola and Telmary.

Where do we park?
The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is across the street from the Bandshell, and it is free (!) after 6pm. When it is full, look for street parking.
What if it rains?
The venue is an open air facility, covered by our new canopy. Shows are scheduled rain or shine.
Can we bring a picnic?
No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. We have a fully-stocked bar, and we usually feature wonderful food vendors inside the venue. We also have a water refill station.
